Jennifer is a dedicated family woman who finds immense joy in spending time with her four children and three grandchildren. Her lively household, complete with several energetic dogs, keeps her on her toes every day.

Having spent her entire life in Wisconsin, Jennifer has deep roots in Ozaukee County, where she has lived for the past 35 years. She has experienced life in all the major cities within the county, with the majority of her time spent in Mequon and Cedarburg, where she raised her family.

Jennifer is a proud alumna of the University of Wisconsin-Madison—Go Bucky! Her career began as a CPA, followed by extensive volunteer work and leading significant fundraising efforts for the Mequon Thiensville Education Foundation and Booster Club. Before transitioning into real estate, Jennifer also worked in marketing for other realtors. She believes that each of these experiences has contributed to her success as a realtor, providing her with valuable connections, financial expertise, marketing skills, and in-depth knowledge of the area.

In her leisure time, Jennifer enjoys family trips to Door County, camping, skiing, and spending quality time with her granddaughters. These activities are cherished moments that bring balance to her life.

Nothing brings Michelle more joy than spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their three girls. She is immensely grateful for a career that allows her to be home and embark on adventures with her family.

Michelle is a proud native of Ozaukee County. She grew up in Cedarburg before her family moved to Mequon. Now, she and her family are back in Cedarburg, and they couldn't be happier.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Michelle played four years of college softball at the University of Iowa—Go Hawks! Her competitive nature has seamlessly translated into her real estate career, where she is dedicated to ensuring her clients win offers, secure the best deals, and are expertly represented in negotiations.

In her leisure time, Michelle enjoys attending live music events, sitting by campfires, spending time on the lake, participating in sporting events, tending to her garden, and embracing any activity that takes her outdoors.

With nearly 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, Michelle's career journey includes working at VIP Sports Marketing and the Milwaukee Brewers in season ticket sales. She values the relationships and connections she has built through her work in sales and client service.

Tracy Plechaty

She sponsors an annual food drive for her local food bank, Sussex Outreach Services, and participates in yearly bike trail and highway clean-ups. Tracy values the outdoors and is dedicated to keeping it clean. Courtney Ludka is an experienced real estate agent based in the Milwaukee Metro Area, serving since 2020. Courtney Bowers is a Cedarburg native with a deep appreciation for the community she has always called home. In 2021, she purchased her first home with The Zoeller Team—an experience that sparked her passion for real estate and ultimately led her to join the team that helped her through one of life’s biggest milestones.

A natural leader with an unwavering team-first mentality, Courtney spent her childhood and high school years on the basketball court, where she developed the discipline, competitiveness, and work ethic that continue to define her today. Outside of real estate, Ian enjoys caring for plants, exploring nature, creative projects, and thrifting for unique treasures. He also loves spending time with his beloved 15-year-old dog.

SAMANTHA MARSHMAN

Samantha is our Brand and Communications Director. Although she is new to the team she is taking great initiative to successfully build our brand. She aims to maintain and build long-lasting relationships with our clients. Sam is developing several engaging initiatives that serve as a warm extension to broaden The Zoeller Team's network and reach. Working with the team and their loyal client base we will continue to strive to make individual experiences and strong relationships our number one priority. Sam has a background in Design. She is working hard on making sure our media matches who we want to be for our community. 

In her personal life she lives with her husband in Pewaukee in a newly purchased home found by The Zoeller Team. She has  german shepard named Cal whom she loves very much. Sam likes to craft and create in any way she can. Practicing and challenging herself with creative endeavors keeps her ready for any design challenge that comes her way.

Samantha is dedicated to susessfully, professionaly, and gently fufilling her projects at The Zoeller Team. Placing kindness above all else, we are confident she will express The Zoeller Team's values to our community.

Christie Willms

Born and raised in Mequon, Wisconsin, Christie Willms has always loved helping others and building meaningful connections. After beginning her career in sales and later working in admissions, she found the perfect fit with The Zoeller Team—a role that allows her to support clients while maintaining the flexibility to raise and spend time with her two daughters, Charlie and Sadie.

As an added bonus, Christie gets to work alongside her best friend since middle school! Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family, exploring new local restaurants, breweries, and wineries, and discovering hidden gems throughout the community.

A true lover of planners, pens, stationery, and all things organization, Christie brings warmth, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others to everything she does.
